What is the average cost of filing Article 78 special proceeding, attorney's fees, court fees notice of petition, etc.?

I would like to file an article 78 appeal against the NY department of Motor Vehicle for failure to place proof of jurisdiction on the record in spite of numerous request in writing and with a motion to dismiss for a lack of jurisdiction during the Traffic court hearing.I am looking for what the total cost is to file and do a proper service on all parties that have to be served.
