Does my husband have rights to his child while awaiting custody order?

My Husband currently has a temp. Order from the judge allowing his sons mother to hold his son 5 days a week with 2 days every other weekend for him to see his son. He pays 765.00 a month for child support. Does he have rights to let her know her lack of working and inappropriate parenting by allowing their son to have no limits should be a discussion? He is afraid to discuss anything with her for fear she will leave with his son for good

If he has concerns about her parenting he should address them with her in an appropriate manner. She cannot "leave with his son for good" because there is an ongoing custody case and your husband has visitation. He should really get an attorney and try to mediate a better parenting schedule.
