Ex-wife got house and car in divorce I got my clothes, now she wants half of retirement?
My retirement is though TCRS and thier status on this is the Ex- spouses are to get thier share from marital assets, now do I owe her anything?

TCRS is a defined benefit pension system, unless I am mistaken. Normally (and I cannot speak to TN law here), a pension is divided up in a divorce via a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO). It sounds as if that was not done in your divorce, but your ex is now seeking it? Why wasn't it addressed in the divorce? The short answer is that you need to speak with your attorney, but she may be entitled to a portion of your retirement when you retire.
