Will a federal agent call and leave a voicemail?
Someone was trying to blackmail me I stopped responding to them and today I got a out of state call from a machine saying to call back or I'll have to go before the grand jury

Federals don't call ahead. If they want you at a grand jury, folks in business dress show up and hand you a subpoena. Marshals will not do these things by phone.
