I have have a bench warrant for fta in adams. For traffic got bogus "unsafe vhic" ticket but was a lesser charge from suspended license ticket (i didn't know i was suspended). Missed court for the unsafe vehicle charge now have fta bench warrant . only had 1 pt left on my license for prev case in jeffco which was unsafe driving and failure to notify 5 years ago (presuming i was suspended at the time of ticket in adams for not paying fines on jeffco offense)

It's unclear from your descriptions what issues are still outstanding. The bench warrant should be fairly straight forward to resolve if you can get your case put on the docket and appear to handle whatever you were supposed to do when you were originally supposed to appear. Most traffic judges will simply quash the warrant if you arrange to appear without being arrested and brought in. If you only have one point left on your license before dealing with your current ticket, it may not be possible to prevent a suspension of your license even with an attorney. An attorney can often help, but it isn't likely that a prosecutor will agree to drop the charge to a 0 pt violation.
