My manager triggered my panick attack and I want to know what i can do. It started when I called to talk about the fact they were sending me to lunch one hour early when I have just got back from break 5 min previously. They immediately got a rude tone and insinuated that I was trying to get out of working, which triggered my panic attack. When I tried to explain what was happening to me he said that hes not sympathetic to things like that then threatened that there were others who could take my job position. I feel panicked going to work now, what can I do?

You're not required to tell the employer about your specific condition but if you wish to have the employer accommodate you when you go into a panic attack, you are going to have to provide at least enough information to the employer so it can understand what it must do to accommodate your intermittent needs in that regard. If there are things the employer can do to prevent the trigger of a panic attack, that too should be part of the doctor's note indicating what you should not be subjected to at work to prevent the attack from occurring. If the employer can do so without creating an undue hardship on the employer then it will be required to implement the reasonable accommodations you seek. Good luck to you.
