What if my name is misspelled on the marriage certificate?

I've got married two years ago. The marriage did work out and we split up. I want to file for a divorce or annulment. I was going through the documents and found out that my name on the marriage certificate was misspelled (one letter is missing). Does the typo affect the marriage status. Should I still file for divorce?
