Am I Legally married in the United States?
Got married in Egypt three years ago and I would like to file a divorce he was never granted a visa was never able to come to the US I live in California how do I go about getting a divorce.

You could file here in CA. But your problem will be serving him in Egypt. You should hire a family law attorney who is familiar with Egyptian laws on service of process.
