Is there a way to find out if someone has been sued?

I am going to court to sue a car dealership that turned back miles on a truck that i purchased. I heard from another dealership that the same company that I am going to court with has been sued before for the same issue. Is there a way i can find out any informaton on whether this is true?

You can dig into research just like a skilled lawyer would do to go through court files, filing records, courthouse details and work the phones to find out the history of the dealership.
