Can I connect with someone in removal proceedings who has received a notice to appear for immigration court in Saipan?

I'm a reporter looking to connect with a lawyer's "alien" clients who have received Notices to Appear in a Saipan--or a place that's similarly far, expensive, and risky to get to. Perhaps these clients live in Guam. I've heard reports from lawyers that some of their clients in Guam have received these Notices to Appear starting in August for hearings scheduled for January. Blasting an email to tens of thousand of lawyers around the US is probably NOT the most effective way find them. Since attorneys are not going to tell you who their clients are you are going to need to pull the thread from the other side. Maybe try Saipan court filings. Hafa adai
