Am I able to buy a new vehicle in my name if my wife is filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy by herself?

My wife is filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and she has an attorney. She has 2 cars in her name. One was mine until our separation (not a legal separation, just a temporary split up due to her poor financial decisions). I need to get a new vehicle but I do not want to harm her case or ability to get a discharge. The car that I was using she has already listed as a turn in but I do not believe the papers have left the attorney and made their way to the courthouse yet. I am not filing with her as I have great credit and manageable debt. Any advice helps, thank you!
