Im residing here in florida and a US citizen by naturalization but im planning to move to maryland since some of my relatives works there. But im planning to file a petition for my wife residing in the phil? I just wondered which is much more faster state in procesiing the petition of I-130. In Jacksonvill fl or in Baltimore MD

It doesn't matter what state you are in because USCIS which processes petitions is a federal agency and applications go to a central office. That being said when it comes to processing your I-485 and scheduling an interview, there maybe some slight differences but you would need to contact each of those offices to find out.
