Should I get a lawyer for 28 over in the beginning of a work zone?

Luckily my record is clean (I once received a parking on pavement) but I am extremely worried about this. It was at the start of a work zone and I was actually keeping up with traffic (I was in between two semis to be exact). I have no points and no accidents but I would like to try and keep the damage minimal. Help!

Most definitely need to fight it. Work zone speeding tickets can be very costly in terms of fines, your driving record, and increases in your insurance premiums. A local traffic ticket attorney can go to court instead of you. Feel free to get in touch with us to discuss.

You should seriously consider retaining an attorney on this matter. At the very least, plead not guilty and try to get the charge reduced.

You are well advised by my colleagues. Work zone convictions can be extremely expensive with higher than normal fines. Get a lawyer.
