I recieved a traffic ticket in the mail, is it valid?
Anonymous3 views2 answers
I recieved a 'failure to stop at red light' ticket, although I did. (The light changed while going under it.) What was I to do, stop in the middle of oncoming traffic? I've heard that many cases have been thrown in Arizona out because the ticket is not served properly. If the ticket is not served personally, then the case is dismissed. Is that True?????
