Is it possible to send prepaid express mailers to the USCIS while applying for the I751 removal of conditions?

Hi, I am applying for the removal of conditions. I heard that some people send some prepaid self-addressed express mailers with their applications so that they get their receipt notices, RFE (if any) and interview notices faster, more safely and so that they can track all that. Does the USCIS accept those mailers. I don't mind paying for them if it allows me to track everything and make sure nothing gets lost in the mail! Thanks

The USCIS rarely expedites a decision or notice of action unless there is good cause shown. When you get your cancelled check, you may be able to find the receipt number on it should the original notice of action be lost. This seems unnecessary to a trained professional. Occasionally, there are unique reasons for doing this, but you run the risk of wasting your postage. In general, the USCIS does a very good job with mailing out the notices in spite of the exceptions. However, it may kickback or reject incomplete petitions, as well. When it does so, it will pay the charges. In addition, if the petition is incomplete upon adjudications review, then this can delay an I-751 petition that could have otherwise been completed more efficiently at a regional office and/or without a request for additional evidence. The above is general information and does not create an attorney client relationship.

When certain petitions are eligible for "premium processing" at the USCIS, the agency accepts pre-paid FedEx mailers for return of the approval notices, etc. I am not aware of the USCIS accepting or encouraging use of pre-paid mailers for any other kinds of applications or petitions that are not eligible for "premium processing."
