My son never has gotten his drivers license he is now 34 years old, but has received numerous tickets for driving w/o license and insurance. He also has been trying to make regular payments on the fines themselves. He has been having a difficult time obtaining work w/o a license he has no other kinds of infractions such as no dui's just driving w/o license with no insurance and one maybe his truck tires were the wrong size.

There is no probationary license available for somebody who owes traffic fines. The fines must be resolved before DOL will release the license. Some courts have relicensing programs. Other courts are open to re-addressing past fines based on new case law. Unfortunately, finding someway to resolve the fines is the only option.
