Can someone garnish my business bank account for a personnel debt?

A party has a judgment against me, can they garnish my LLC business account. It' a legit business that I had in the past, no longer in business but I still have the checking account. P.S. Last year this party tried to attach my business but the case was dismissed by a judge because I sold the business three days before I was due in court.

In theory, a judgment creditor could not attach your business account if it is held solely in the name of the LLC. However, the creditor could attach the LLC, which would give them access to the account in a round about way. Hope this perspective helps & good luck!
