Driving home n got pulled over arrested me n at cop shop I blew a .209 they let a sober driver pick me up. I don’t have the money for a lawyer n basically just wanna know what I’m looking at. I’ve never been in trouble and have never even had a speeding ticket
Your level makes your OVI a high tier, which means the court would have to sentence you to at least three days in jail plus three days in a driver's intervention program. There would also be six points put on your license, a year long license suspension, a fine, court costs, and potentially probation. It may be wise to ask the court to appoint an attorney if you cannot afford one.
If you are convicted of blowing a .206, you are looking at least 3 days in a DIP Program and 3 days in jail. If you cannot afford a private lawyer get the Judge to appoint a Public Defender.
