With my mom in 2 months once I turn 18,my dad has full custody of me,and told me he has court papers saying legally I can't move out until I graduate, which won't be until next year by then I will 19,just want to know my options, and can he legally force me to stay, and would a judge legally ever put that in writing, and I know he will physically force me to try and stay, and possibly call the cops on me,and can i legally leave, please help me know what my options are.

It's routine to put a clause in the support section of a divorce decree a stipulation that support continues until high school graduation or the 19th birthday, but the custody and visitation portion effectively ends on the 18th birthday. As of that date, you're legally an adult with capacity to enter contracts, vote, etc, and the court loses its jurisdiction to compel your living situation. The child support obligation can also shift from the formerly custodial parent to the adult child. I'm curious, have you seen the divorce paperwork?
