Can I ask for spousal support?
my husband and I got married in Oklahoma in 2010 he suffers from PTSD and is leaving me to move back to Oklahoma and is wanting a divorce he is 50% disabled from the Army and he gets disability from Arizona

Sure, any party to a divorce or legal separation can request maintenance but it’s a completely discretionary award so not everyone qualifies and, even if you do qualify, the court ultimately could determine that your husband is unable to afford to pay any maintenance.
