Well all is good thank God, Working and school, As my Probation comes at to a end i went to the Probation dept to speak to my PO, I wanted to see if i could extend my probation because i still owe restitution, the front office lady kind of expland that Probation and collections where separated, She kept paging my PO, But all of a sudden someone had a seizure and i rush to help the gentlemen, ambulance arrive and clear the building, i since been trying to get ahold of my PO but no reply i feel left out lol But thats my ? if my probation is over thats it, just finish paying of restitution? I planned to go back to court my employer kept like 4 grand unpaid wages, vacation time

If your probation is terminated with unpaid restitution, the unpaid portion becomes a civiljudgment which collections will surely come after. Once your probation is over it's over. Don't ever ask probation if you can extend your probation as they just might do it for you. Let it expire and keep paying the restitution.

John is absolutely correct....DO NOT ask to extend probation, that will just open up the possiblity of a probation violation which could result in more punishment including jail time. Let the probation expire and continue to pay off the fine. If you cannot it will go to collections but at least jail time or other punishments will not be added to your probation terms.

I completely agree! There is nothing positive about extending probation. It can only cause potential problems in the future which could result in jail or prison time. Get off probation as soon as possible and keep paying restitution.
