Can my license be suspended from failure to pay court fines on a dui?

The collection company Alliance is threatening to have my license suspended and even if they can't do it, I'm wondering if the state will. It's a 3rd offense for DUI. My wages are already being garnished from previous dui. Can they impose a second lien on my wages? Is 25% the max that your wages can be garnished?

DMV can, and will, suspend your license if the court informs them that you have failed to pay fines.

Yes the DMV can and will suspend your license for failure to pay fines associated with a DUI. I would recommend getting your fees on a payment plan. Robert Driessen www.Driessen-Litigation.com

Does the collection company have a judgment against you from the accident, is that what they are collecting? If they have a judgment they can suspend your license.
