How can I sue the Highway patrol for racial discrimination ?

My registration for my tags expired in November. My insurance is paid in full and no lapse. I was taking my aunt to a church function and riding with my mom and my aunts niece and my aunt. My aunt’s niece was fully secured in a child seat. I pulled up to a light to make a right turn. The highway patrol was in the left turning lane. There was two cars behind me when I pulled up to the light. When the light changed I made a right, I noticed the trooper that was beside me was now behind me. He walked up to the driver passenger side with his hand on his gun and knocks on the window where my aunt is he ask for my credentials and I hand him my Drivers license. He come back mention my tags and I say ok and have a nice day. I go to court thinking the citation was for my registration but no the citation states he pulled me on suspicion of no license. I am confused how does someone look without license. I was starting a new job and since this citation states suspicions of no license I can’t correct until I go to court to show license on which the officer viewed and let me go. The officer technically had no reason to pull me since he had no way of even looking at my tags? Racial discriminatio

As you stated your tags were expired...that does give the officer the cause you pull you. Even if he wrote the ticket for a different reason. I strongly recommend you at least consult a traffic attorney as the registration issue will still be in play.
