Is there anything an attorney could do for my DUI case?

I am a minor that was involved in a DUI collision, however, I have no recollection of anything that night. I awoke in the hospital the following morning, where the nurse told me my blood alcohol level was .24. Afterwards, I went home. I do not know anything regarding what happened, other than my car suffered damage, and that no one else was injured. It has been a week and the insurance company has not notified me of any claims that suggest I hit another car. The only document I have is a copy of the police report that only states I was in a DUI collision. Would a DUI attorney be able to lessen the charges in my case?

Whether a lawyer is able to "lessen the charge" or not, you should seek competent counsel from a local lawyer in your jurisdiction who has experience handling these types of cases. You do not remember what happened, and you certainly do not know what is going to transpire regarding your case and the charges. Get a lawyer to help you. It will be well worth your investment. You have to get a lawyer to take a look at your case. What you did matters less than what they can prove. How do they put you behind the wheel of the car? Did they correctly draw blood, or perform the breath test? Did you drink after the accident? In any event, you need to request a DOL hearing to have any chance at keeping your license. Failure to request the hearing within 20 days of your arrest will result in a suspension of your license of between 90 days and one year.
