How can I get my sons mothers criminal record and drug test results subpoenaed in family court?

I am trying to get custody of my twin sons. Their mother is currently on bond or on probation and has been failing her drug tests. I would like to get copies for the court case next month. She may have went to rehab last week but I'm not sure.

Assuming that WV procedure is similar to that in my state, you will not be able to get copies of her records. Instead, you ask the court to conduct a criminal records background check. Since you want custody, the same check may be done on you.
