beacuse my son is saying that he is scared of his father and his father hits him. this has been going on for 2 years now and since this has been going on my son says he is scared of his father. he screams and cries when he was going with his dad. but his father hasnt been coming to his visits since november. but shows up at my home in jan. and we went back to court and the judge just granted whatever my son's dad asked for. the judge never listens to me, wont let me explain myself and its like my son is 3 i have to speak for him. but the judge is being unfair. i have pictures of scratches and bruised and knotts in my son's head and its like none of that matters to the judge. so how can i get a new judge at a different venue?:

First and foremost, forum shopping and Judge shopping are not permitted. A change of venue to another county requires a Motion and a pleading setting forth the basis (specific elements necessary) to move a matter. I suspect you are disappointed in the outcome of your hearing and feel you are not being heard by your assigned bench officer. Perhaps you should contact an attorney to discuss your concerns regarding Father's behavior during visits with the child. If you believe that your son is being abused you should contact Child Protective Services (CPS) in your area to investigate. Please be advised that you should never knowingly make false accusations regarding child abuse or neglect, as you expose yourself to monetary sanctions pursuant to California Family Code Section 3027.1.
