As a full time homemaker, do I have to file joint income taxes with my husband who has asked for a divorce?

My income was only $500.00 last year, but because of trust issues that have recently surfaced, I do not feel comfortable filing with my husband. He works for a company but also has his own business. Will this impact me negatively at divorce settlement if I do not file with him this year

Do not ever, ever sign a tax return if you believe there is fraud involved. While you might be able to qualify for relief if you didn't know about fraud (by seeking something called "innocent spouse status" from the IRS), you will liable if they can show you knew or reasonably should have known about the fraud.
