1. IP addresses are NOT private. 2. You are looking at getting a punch in your nose.

You have asked this question before. Despite your intention to "prank" someone and the potentially legality of obtaining the IP address, it does not mean when all combined that it is legal. It is also certainly not ethical. Things like this often backfire in unexpected ways.
