Is this legal?

I live with my boyfriend in Oregon. He is currently working for a company who repeatedly has him working 8 days in a row. But from this past Tuesday he is scheduled to work 11 days in a row with both daytime and graveyard shifts. Which they’ve been changing his shifts for multiple weeks now, daily. This is not of his consent or the job title he was originally accepted for. Is any of this really legal??

Unless he is covered under the new predictive scheduling law, or a union contract, then yes, this is perfectly legal. Bad business, but legal. He of course has the option to find a different job.
