Can i get my permanent residence through my employer with my h2a visa, if so how?

While possible in theory for your H-2A employer to sponsor you, I think such a case would be very difficult in practice. Your employer would need to sponsor you for a position requiring a skill set that no ready, willing and available U.S. worker would have but that you have specific experience with NOT gained through the same employer (though there are exceptions). If the job doesn't require a Bachelor's or higher degree/you don't have one, you would need to document two year with this experience. The process would take a very long time, and you may have trouble entering the U.S. while the process is going on. Speak with an attorney for further guidance.
