D.U.I got dismissed but still shows up on my abstract.

Generally, you cannot be punished for a crime you were not convicted in a court of law. If there is documentation that shows that these charges are still there you may need to contact the prosecutor's office to have it expunged. Aloha.

Every thing will generally still show up unless you obtain an expungement. In my area, even if you expunge, the arrest and suspension decision will show up on your driving record because that particular record is considered civil in nature and there is not expungement process for a civil record.
