First, I don't like that you made several admissions of guilt on a public web site, but, it's too late.
Next, you say you'll take probation, but not diversion. That makes no sense. They are practically the same thing and run, usually by the same people. The cost is usually about the same. But after diversion, they drop the charges. Should be a no brainer. If you do not have a drug problem, negotiate the terms of the diversion so you don't have to do drug classes. Negotiate some other kind of program of diversion. Get the cop to talk to the state attorney. Make your lawyer do his job, even if he thinks you are a difficult client. Why does he care if you call his office at 2 AM. I can't believe he was there, and if he was, he had plenty of time to talk to you. You screwed up. You got caught. Now you have to face the music. The State doesn't care about your pain, only its laws.

I practice in Pinellas County and would advise you to take PTI. The only defense you may have is necessity. A necessity defense is never an easy one to go to trial with. Odds are, based on what you have admitted to the world, is that you would lose this case after trial even if the ghost of Johnny Cochran were to represent you. PTI is a slam dunk dismissal if you complete the program. It takes your fate out of six jurors hands and puts your fate squarely in your own hands. It may suck to go through the trouble of PTI and the costs it entails, but it sure beats the hell out of spending 5 years in prison.
With that said, I am an excellent attorney and if you really want a trial I'll give you a good one. However, my fee may not buy you anything but a one way pass to the Department of Corrections. Feel free to call me at 813.453.6396 if you want to set up an appointment.
There are many experienced and qualified private attorneys in Pinellas County that would be more than happy to help you. However, finding one that is going to "prove your innocence" might be hard to do... especially when you basically just provided a written confession/admission on a public website.
The first thing any decent attorney would tell you is to stop posting admissions and speak directly and privately with an attorney in the area that knows the system, prosecutors, judges, etc.

Good luck in your search for an attorney who will "prove your innocence." That may be tough to do if you admit to changing the prescription (which is the crime). You may want to focus your search on finding an attorney who can navigate you through the system and ensure that you will not go back to jail and/or receive a conviction on this charge.
