Do I need 18 U.S.C. 2257 on my adult oriented website?

Hello, I'm creating a new website that is geared towards adult humor such as jokes, art, videos etc... I've looked over the 18 U.S.C. 2257 but I do not know if I need it, or what type of disclaimer I should post on my website. Almost all media will be drawn, but I will have pictures of nudity (sometimes sex) from other websites that are already 18 U.S.C. compliant. Do I also need some type of disclaimer even though I'm not hiring models or creating any new photos/vids with them? A good example is I might take a sex scene with two models from another site, and remove one of the models and replace them with a cartoon (as a parody type image). Since it still shows a nude model, do I need to have a general disclaimer or am I good to go because their records are being kept by the website that took the photos? I thank you in advance for you answers. Thank you, Neil

The best suggestion I can give is to include the 18 U.S.C. 2257 statement. It's not going to hurt you to have the statement at the bottom of your site, but the penalties can be severe for not having it.
