Neighbors treehouse looks into my yard,is this an invasion of my privacy?

My neighbor has a treehouse that is about that is about 5 feet from my fence. Their son who has mental issues likes to get up in it and make comments to my daughter when she is playing outside such as Youre sexy and wiggling his rear end at her and telling her to suck it etc. What if anything can i do about this problem? Talking to the neighbor is out as they wont take the treehouse down. Thanks

Why not talk to the neighbor about the improper sexual comments being made so they assist teaching their son not to make them? Parents have responsibilities in such teaching moments and this would appear to be just such a moment.
