In the State of Washington possession with intent to sell or distribute is a class B felony. It is possible to get the conviction vacated from your record if the conditions of RCW 9.94A.640 are met. In order for this to happen for this class B felony 10 years have to have elapsed. Additionally, there can be no pending criminal charges or any convictions since the date of discharge. You will need to consult with a criminal attorney in North Carolina for the particulars in your state. Good Luck
