Stopped in Delaware for drinking and driving level was 0.083. Completed the FOP, I’m in the medical field and seeking employment with another company. Would I need to check convicted felony on that application

It depends if it was a felony and whether the outcome was a conviction. You should check with a Delaware attorney to verify the outcome and then answer all questions truthfully. If you fail to disclose a conviction, it could do more harm then the conviction itself.
