You need to get your license reinstated first. If the revocation is for failure to get the interlock you still have to go through the motion of paying the reinstatement fee, providing insurance and taking the driving test to have them reissue your license. If the reason for the revocation is non-payment of child support, outstanding tickets or fines, etc. you have to clear them up first prior to being eligible to get a license.
