Can I get out of a 10mph over speeding ticket in SD?

I was ticketed for going 85mph in a 75mph zone on the interstate near Rapid City, SD. It was dark out but I had my brights on. My vehicle does not have cruise control. The road was clear and dry and there was no traffic around me. Can I use the "reasonable speed limit" defense on this one?

Not in my state of CA. The reasonable speed limit here says you may never go faster than is safe to do so but in any event never more than the posted speed limit. I bet SD is similar.
