My daughter's boyfriend has been assessed an outrageous amount for child support payments and he needs free legal advise.

He isn't trying to get out of his commitment, he is just overwhelmed by what they are taking and what they say he owes. He needs free advise on how to pay a fair amount and still be able to live.

Unless the bar association has free legal clinics in your county, probably the only attorney advice he will find for free will be with those attorneys who offer a "free initial consultation." (I do not.) The extent and quality of that advice will vary greatly. Online there is a good deal of information available at www.washingtonlawhelp.org
