Although it is not clear from your question I assume you were the victim and the criminal court issued a full order of protection against your ex-fiance as a result of a plea bargain. If that is the case I don't believe there is any legal process available to you to alter the order, but you should talk to the prosecutor (ADA) who handled the case to see if the prosecutor can do anything.
