Once a victim of sexual harassment complaints to a member of management with the power to hire/fire about being a recipient of sexual advances, the company's obligation is to prevent/correct the sexual harassment. It isn't required to fire the harasser, but to make it stop. If this company fired the harasser, then it succeeded in preventing/correcting the sexual harassment. It won't be liable unless you have knew/should have known evidence, i.e. the company previously knowing that the harasser had made sexual advances to another victim of the same gender who reported it to management, and the company at that time failing to prevent/correct it, which led to your experience. Not enough facts are known as to whether you'd succeed with your claims.
