Also what are some other thing I can do if my attorney messes up my mother's case.

YOU can't. Welcome to litigation in the real world. Its an arduous process. Best bet is to address this issue with the existing legal counsel.

This is not the place to ask this question. Your mother has an attorney. If she is physically and mentally capable of doing so, she needs to have a face to face discussion with her lawyer. If she has a guardian, power of attorney , etc., that person needs to do it. Unless you are your mother's representative for such matters, you don't have any right to do it.

That is a question that you should have your attorney address. You are entitled to an answer that you can understand.

Florida nursing home negligence cases can take years. Be patient. If you have specific questions, why not schedule an in-office appointment with your attorney to discuss the timeline of a FL nursing home abuse case?
