What benefits did my attorney obtain by having me removed as Trustee of a Trust without my knowledge

Successor Trustees and Secured Credito 2 views 2 answers
The attorney I hired withheld my accounting from the courts and did not represent me in a positive way during review hearings, which facilitated my removal because others think I have stolen money from a Trust I am beneficiary for. Why would my attorney bring the Trust under the control of the courts and how would this benefit him. ,As well he sent a third party copies of my confidential e-mails, chose a new successor Trustee even though one was named in the Trust if I died, was prepared with orders to remove me as co-conservator because the court investigator suggested it since no accounting was turned in, and allowed the successor Trustee to receive legal support off my retainer I gave to him when I hired him to file only conservator papers

Whew! This question begs an answer since no one can know what motivated the attorney to take any of these actions. Apparently the court agreed with him or it would not have issued the order it did. I would keep looking for a CA attorney who is willing to listen to your side of the case and see what, if anything, can be done--but you need to realize you are going to have to pay for the attorney to do this for you. No one will engage in this type of representation without full payment.

I agree with the other attorney. This is a tough question to answer in a format such as this with the limited facts that we have. You need to hire an attorney to represent you and figure what has happened hear and if you have any recourse. This will take a through analysis and will cost you legal fees. If you are willing to pay the fees and can fully explain your situation, you should be able to find an attorney to take on this matter.
