What can i do if i missed my court date on a protection order. ?

my ex wife keeps filing protection orders on me. all times right before school starts so i cant go to his school. i did nothing wrong. no threats no anything to justify order. i accidently missed court yesterday thinking it was today and now they have taken my visitation and turned it into supervised visitation which is crazy when i should of never had this order in the first place. it was a simply mix up and now i feel like my hands are tied.
