ordered to drug rehab. Went in this past wednesday with stoppin addicare and na. was given an option of treatment or jail. states treatment so for the third time told fine we will see you6/8 now hes in lew sterret for 2 counts of attempted capitol murder and arson. I know hes the only one to blame but I also feel if he was arrested this wouldnt have happened.

So what is your question? It is not the fault of the court or the probation officer or anyone but your husband that he is in further trouble now. Many courts try very hard to work with probationers with drug problems to overcome those problems or they are simply biding time until they are released from probation - whether finishing it or going to prison. Had the judge not tried to help him by giving him rehab then you would have been complaining that they knew he had a drug problem and did nothing to help him.
