My brother is in Dupage county jail he will be sent to Cook county jail after, and ICE after cook county. He is sitting on a total of $18,500 in multiple bonds and a ICE (NO BOND HOLD) I am tryieng to find out if there is a way he can voluntarily ask to be deported or sent to ICE holding before they can sentice him?

He can ask his public defender but, as a policy, ICE will not deport until he has been sentenced and completes his time.
