if my F-1 visa expired on April 29, 2011 and am currently in the 60 day grace period? I am thinking of putting down "Current USCIS status" | "Expires on (mm/dd/yyyy)" F-1 Holder | 04/29/2011 Is this correct? Thanks in advance

F-1 would be your status. The end date of your status would most likely be "D/S". It would only be different if you are on OPT. In that case it would be the expiration date of your OPT.

Probably F1 and then D/S (matching what is on your I94 entry document).
