What if I am not mentioned in the will; can I still get a copy? The state it was filed in is Arizona.

Most jurisdictions require the lodging of the will with the clerk at the court in the county where a decedent died so it becomes available to the public. If you are mentioned, you will be entitled to notice of the proceedings and copies of the documents; this should be so in Arizona as well. I am in California. If it seems like you are being mislead, it would really behoove you to talk to an attorney in Arizona to help you. Use the .com to find an attorney in your area. In addition to that, contact your local bar association for referral to an attorney who specializes in this. Often, but not always, the attorney will do an initial consultation free of charge. You will then be in a better position to determine what to do next. Best of luck to you!

Generally, anyone who has an interest in an estate is entitled to notice of probate. This usually includes spouses and children and anyone named in the will. I'm licensed in Minnesota and don't practice in AZ but a quick search shows brings up Arizona's law regarding notice of probate (A.R.S. section 14-3204) under which you may have the right to file a demand for notice with the personal representative or the court. Also, in MN any interested person has the right to obtain a copy of the will that was filed with the probate court. I agree with the previous poster that you should contact an Arizona attorney for assistance with the demand process and obtaining a copy of the will. If you would like me to reach out to an AZ attorney (I know several depending on the appropriate county), please call my office.
