I feel like my son is to young to talk on the phone., I have a feeling he is going to take me back for more custody time, my son isn’t in day care and now he is wanting our son to have a tutor with me not agreeing could this affect me, he has 48 hrs a week without weekends and always asking for him if I don’t do it will that affect me

Absolutely it will affect you. Unless the court has specifically ruled otherwise, he has a right to 2 phone calls a week with his child, regardless of what you think. If you deny him his 2 phone calls, he could ask the court that you be held in contempt and sent to jail. I would talk to a lawyer now.
