1st visit: they tried to give me someone else's prescriptions in addition to my own, and never had me sign , as to what I picked up. 2nd visit: profiled me, would not fill my prescription, said drugs were out of stock, doctor wrote down wrong name of pill on prescription,and would not return my original prescription- 10 minutes late i received a call to pick up my prescription..??? 3rd visit: pharmacist put wrong directions on medication. This is a major corporation,and this guy is going to kill someone.

You can file a compliant with the Florida Agency For Health Care Administration at http://ahca.myflorida.com/Contact/call_center.shtml You can also report him to his supervisor at the store. Prescription errors can be very dangerous, luckily you caught the error before ingesting the wrong medication.
